Night Vision Scope and Video Camera on a Drozd Blackbird BB Machine Gun
ACR (Malfunction) with custom 14.5″ Barrel & Battle Comp :- Night vision.
Myself and a couple friends of mine went out one night to do some up-close training with out NVGs, IR lasers/illuminators, and sound suppressors. It was a blast! In this video we are shooting without NODs and unsuppressed. We wanted to get some “loud” trigger time in before going suppressed and using our other toys. I’m running a BCM 11.5″ SBR with a Surefire flash hider, one friend is running his new Bushmaster ACR with Battle-Comp muzzle brake, and my other friend is running his Daniel Defense M4 carbine (DDM4).
Night Vision 100, 200, 300 yards night optics D-760 AR-15 – Monocular.
Mk12 Rifle with Night Vision & IR Laser
Shooting a BCM Mk12 Mod1 Special Purpose Rifle (SPR) with Surefire silencer using a PVS-14 night vision monocular and a PEQ-2A IR Laser/Illuminator to light up and aim at the steel silhouette target 100 yards downrange. This setup kicks some serious ass!! Rifle is Bravo Company Manufacturing (BCM) Mk12 Mod1 style upper with BCM bolt carrier group, PRI “Gas Buster” charging handle, KAC FF RAS rail system, Surefire muzzle brake and FA556-212 sound suppressor, NightForce NXS 2.5-10X24mm variable power scope, sitting on top a BCM lower with Magpul MIAD grip, CTR stock, and the amazing Geiselle 2-stage SSA trigger. Also, I learned a lot from this trip to the range about filming with night vision, IR lasers, and shooting all at the same time: it’s a bitch!! But I’ll get better at it and hopefully will put together some better footage my next go-around. As far as quality goes, the camera just does NOT do the PVS-14 night vision monocular any justice at all. In person, my ITT Night Enforcer PVS-14 is much, MUCH better quality and has a much sharper image than you’re seeing here. So please keep that in mind. Thanks! Semper Fi!
AAC .45 Ti-Rant Silencer :- Scope.
Shooting my friend’s new AAC .45 Caliber Ti-Rant titanium suppressor, host weapon is a Glock 21. This video shows how effective this silencer is at getting rid of all the muzzle flash, both without AND with night vision. There’s seriously ZERO visible flash and it’s so friggin’ quiet, too!! I didn’t think it would be that quiet since it’s a .45 Caliber gun, but it’s insanely quiet and there’s definitely no hearing protection required when shooting it or being around it when someone else is shooting. AAC did an outstanding job on this one! Semper Fi’
